Ingryd is a licensed real estate expert specializing in buying properties using creative finance like Subject To, Seller Financing, DSCR loans / Morby Methods, and cash strategies. She is experienced in flipping, wholesaling, and private money lending on properties. Her extensive real estate investing knowledge was launched by joining the SubTo mentorship program in January of 2021, with portfolios in Arizona, Ohio and West Virginia.
Brandon Simmons
Brandon Simmons, also known as Brandon The Man, is a seasoned real estate investor, sales strategist, and creative financing mentor who built his career the old-school way, by talking to sellers and solving real problems. With a focus on solving seller problems Brandon went on to help scale an 8-figure real estate company, complete over 1,000 real estate transactions, and coach more than 500 students nationwide. He’s consulted for and trained alongside some of the biggest names in wholesaling and real estate education, including Sean Terry, Cody Sperber, Steve Trang, Austin Zaback, Jacob Blank, and Kris Krohn, who partners with Carlos Reyes and Sal Shakir. Over the last two and a half years, Brandon has led sales teams, owned multiple companies, and helped guide several real estate startups through growth and scaling phases.
